Our Administrative Office is located in Simi Valley, CA, but teachers and school administrators work from home.
To be considered for a position with iQ Academy California – Los Angeles you must live in California, hold a valid, non-expired California teaching credential required for the specific position applying to, and hold a California certification/authorization to teach ELL students issued by the California Commission on Teacher Credentialing (CTC) at the time you apply.
We support your professional journey from the start! For teachers required to complete the California Induction Program, we fully reimburse the cost if you enroll with our partnered provider. Already have a provider in mind? No problem — we’ll still provide you with a dedicated mentor to guide you through the process, regardless of the program you choose.
We do participate in CalSTRS. Please contact your CalSTRS counselor about how employment with iQ Academy, Los Angeles may affect your personal STRS account.
